David Peralta Rojas

David leads the immigration and nationality practice of Peralta Rojas Abogados. For more than ten years he has advised Spanish and international clients on residence, family permits, citizenship and appeals, in Spanish and in English.

He studies each case before the firm recommends a route, and the firm handles it from start to finish: documents, electronic filing, requests from the authorities and, if needed, the appeal.

His work focuses on the cases where the route matters most: professionals and executives moving with their families, remote workers, people retiring to Spain, families joining relatives, and long-term residents applying for Spanish citizenship. He also advises companies relocating staff through the Large Companies Unit.
